Dr James (Jim) Fuller graduated from the University of Manchester, UK in 1998. He trained in family and emergency medicine and became interested in working in small rural communities whilst working for Médecins Sans Frontières.

In 2014 he found nirvana in Pemberton where he moved with his wife, Claire and their three kids to embrace life as a rural GP and experience the best of BC's great outdoors.
