Kate Coles, Family Physician
Dr Kate Coles completed her medical degree at St. Barts and The Royal London School of Medicine in London, UK in 2007 and went on to complete Foundation level training in Southampton, UK in 2009. She then spent 6 months working in the emergency department at Tauranga hospital, New Zealand followed by participating in the Clipper Round the World Yacht Race 09-10 as a crew member and ship's doctor before completing her General Practice training in Cornwall, UK in 2013.
Dr Coles emigrated to Canada in 2016 and is thrilled to be part of this friendly, hard-working, cohesive medical team in Pemberton. When she is not working, you can often find her with her husband Geoff skiing or snowboarding, winter camping, hiking, paddle-boarding, playing tennis or just attempting to bike down Pickle Surprise.
